Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or launching an advertising campaign on monarchinnovationawards, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. monarchinnovationawards reserves the right to update them with 14 days' written notice to registered users.

Permitted Use

You may use monarchinnovationawards to run CPM ads and CPA marketing campaigns for lawful products and services only. Prohibited content includes malware, illegal gambling, counterfeit goods, and non-consensual adult material.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboards, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive property of monarchinnovationawards. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own advertising campaigns.

Uploading creatives to monarchinnovationawards does not transfer ownership of those creatives to us. You retain full rights to your ad materials and grant us a license to serve them per your campaign settings.

Advertiser Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring your advertising campaign creatives and landing pages comply with applicable laws in every targeted geography. monarchinnovationawards does not verify advertiser-side legal compliance.

Limitation of Liability

monarchinnovationawards is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or campaign performance shortfalls resulting from platform downtime, traffic fluctuations, or third-party tracking failures.

Our total liability to any single advertiser in any calendar month is capped at the amount spent on CPM ads or CPA marketing campaigns during that same month.

Third-Party Services

monarchinnovationawards integrates with third-party tracking and analytics platforms. We are not responsible for data handling by those external services. Review their terms independently before connecting them.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any advertising campaign activity originating from your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access to us within 24 hours.

Your Rights

You may close your monarchinnovationawards account at any time. Unused account balances above $10 are refundable upon request, subject to a 5-business-day processing period and fraud review.

Changes to Terms

monarchinnovationawards will notify registered users of material changes to these Terms via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
